Check out Why Should You Be Wary of Contractors With Deals That Are “Too Good To Be True”.

Happy Friday everyone. I’ve been working on a similar piece to this blog posting thus wanting to share it with you. The author lives in California, so some of the information is not useful to DC area residents however, some of the information iis important for anyone considering hiring a home improvement professional.

My goal is to always educate Urban Referrals’ customers, contractors and others about the importance of;
screening companies before they work in your home and the cheapest price for your home renovation project is NOT always the best way to go.

Your comments are always appreciated.

Best,
Marla

  1. Hi Marla! Thanks so much for sharing our blog post with others. Those of us in this business who work hard to ensure that we abide by the rules and provide our clients only the best are usually the ones who end up losing out because we are unable to compete with the disreputable contractors out there. The more we all stick together and bring this type of thing to the public the better we will be. Best of luck to you!

  2. always gotta screen your contractors, if they do good work they should have some good references
